1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
If work has not yet commenced after payment and the client wishes to cancel within 3 business days of payment.
If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services within the timeline stated in the project agreement due to internal delays or errors.
If the delivered product does not align with the approved project scope despite multiple revisions and after escalation.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
When work has started and deliverables have been partially or fully completed.
If delays or issues are caused by lack of communication, required materials, or approvals from the client.
If project cancellation is requested after the design and/or development phases have commenced.
For change-of-mind reasons after project initiation.
3. Deposit Policy
All projects require a non-refundable 60% deposit before commencement. This deposit secures your project slot and covers initial planning, consultation, and design work.
4. Revisions & Corrections
We offer a revision phase in every project to ensure the final output meets expectations. Clients are encouraged to provide clear and timely feedback during this phase. Refunds will not be granted solely due to subjective preferences if the work meets the agreed specifications.
